Loxley C of E Community Primary School

"Pupils thoroughly enjoy learning and feel as if they are active participants in their education." (Ofsted 2012) "Pupils feel that each one of them matters, and that they are cared for as individuals." (SIAMS 2015)

We are a Church of England school and have close links with St Nicholas Church in Loxley. We received a rating of 'good' in our latest SIAMS inspection (February 2015). The inspector noted:

  • Shared distinctively Christian values underpin the daily life of the school, and are reflected in high quality relationships and good learning and achievement.
  • Highly effective inclusion strategies, and pastoral care for all, ensure every child in this church school is known as an individual, is valued, respected and special.
  • The school is very well supported by the highly dedicated staff, working together with governors, parents and the church team.
